FIG. 22 — BALCONY SUNSET PORTRAIT

The large glass walls of seamless windows are protected by the cantilevered steel roof, which overhangs the building by 12 feet. The home is oriented in such as way as to visually-connect the 2 levels of living spaces and pool with views to the river 80 feet below.

FIG. 30 — AERIAL ABOVE THE RIVER

This section of the river takes on a Caribbean blue, which reminds the owners of their sailing trips in the British Virgin Islands.

FIG. 27 — CANTILEVER BALCONY PORTRAIT

The Florida-based interiors firm of Duce & Co. Created a rich palette of light-colored marbles, plasters and woods to compliment the stone and steel of the exterior. Exterior wood is a pre-weathered thermally-modified Ash. A rooftop deck is accessed via an interior and exterior staircase and provides views for over 20 miles.
