05 Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, sell, rent or trade your mobile telephone number, or any personal information collected through our SMS programme, with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers and software we use to run the practice — email and SMS delivery, scheduling, and client records — solely to provide services to you
  • Advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, using anonymised or hashed data, and only where you have accepted measurement
  • Consultants and contractors working on your project, where you have asked us to coordinate with them
  • Anyone we are legally required to disclose to

These parties receive only what they need to do their work and are required to protect it.

06 Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies — including Meta Pixel and Google Analytics — to understand how the site is used, improve our marketing, deliver relevant advertising and measure the results of advertising campaigns.

Nothing loads until you agree. No measurement or advertising script is requested at all until you accept, and declining leaves every part of the site working. You can change your mind here at any time:

Declining does not remove cookies a company has already set; your browser’s settings will clear those. You can also disable cookies in your browser, though that may affect how parts of the site work.

07 Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including:

  • Encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS) on every page and form
  • Storage of personal data within our service providers' systems rather than on this website
  • Access controls limiting who at the practice can see enquiries
  • Periodic review of what we collect, where it is kept and how long we keep it

No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your dealings with us are no longer secure, please contact us immediately.

08 Third-party links

Our pages link to other websites — publications that have written about the practice, professional bodies, and our own profiles elsewhere. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those sites. Please read their policies separately.

09 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Withdraw your consent to communications at any time
  • Ask what data we hold and where it came from

To make a request, write to info@winnwittman.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

10 Children's information

Our services are not intended for anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under eighteen, please do not submit information through this website. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
