You agree to use this website and any related services for lawful purposes only. You may not use it in any way that breaks applicable law or these Terms. We may restrict or end access if we believe the site is being used improperly or unlawfully.

Information, services and offers presented here are for informational and business purposes. We do not guarantee particular results, outcomes or performance unless we have said so in writing in a signed agreement. Outcomes vary with matters outside our control, including project scope, site conditions, jurisdictional review, contractor performance and how closely the client participates.

Sending an enquiry, booking a call or exchanging emails with us does not create an architect–client relationship, and does not commit either of us to a project. That relationship begins only when both parties sign a written agreement describing scope, fee and schedule.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, engineering, surveying or construction advice, and nothing here should be relied on in place of a licensed professional reviewing your particular site and circumstances.

By submitting information through our forms you confirm that:

• What you have told us is accurate and truthful
• You are entitled to submit it
• You are at least eighteen years old

We are not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate or incomplete information, and a budget or timeline given at enquiry is an indication rather than a quotation.

Winn Wittman Architecture runs an SMS programme for people who have opted in through a form on this website.

What we send.Appointment confirmations and reminders; follow-ups about a consultation request or project enquiry; project status updates; occasional messages about our services; and service-related notifications.

Opting in. Provide your telephone number and tick the SMS consent box on a form at www.winnwittman.com. The box is never ticked by default and the form submits normally without it.

Opting out.ReplySTOPto any message. You receive one confirmation and nothing further unless you re-subscribe.

Message frequency varies; up to ten messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery depends on your carrier’s network. By submitting your information you consent to email from us about your enquiry and our services. Opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Everything on this site — text, photography, drawings, renderings, logos and design — is the property of Winn Wittman Architecture or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit it without written permission.

Architectural works and technical drawings are separately protected, including under the Architectural Works Copyright Protection Act. Photographs of completed projects are published here with the permission of the photographers and owners; they are not free to reuse, and press enquiries about image use should come to us first.

This site links to publications, professional bodies and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and following those links is at your own risk.

Architectural, interior design and consulting services are provided only under a signed written agreement between the client and Winn Wittman Architecture. Where anything in these Terms conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement governs the services and these Terms continue to govern the website.

Fees, scope, deliverables, programme, ownership of instruments of service and limitation of liability for a project are set out in that agreement, not here.

Images on this site — renderings, visualisations, plans and diagrams — illustrate design intent. They are not construction documents, not a representation that a building will be delivered as shown, and not a substitute for permitted drawings. Finishes, materials, dimensions, furnishing and landscape shown are indicative and routinely change through design development, permitting, value engineering and construction.

Square footages, site areas, completion dates and project costs mentioned in project descriptions or press coverage are approximate and are reported as at the time of publication.

Winn Wittman Architecture is an architecture practice based in Austin, Texas, regulated in this state by the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners. Architecture is licensed state by state. Where a project sits outside a state in which we hold a licence, we associate with a locally licensed architect of record, and that arrangement is described in the project agreement.

Nothing on this site is an offer to provide architectural services in a jurisdiction where we are not licensed or properly associated.

Projects involve structural, civil, mechanical and other engineers, landscape architects, interior consultants, surveyors and contractors. Except where a signed agreement says otherwise, those parties are engaged by, and responsible to, the client. We are not liable for their work, their programme or their pricing, and we do not warrant construction carried out by others.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this website, from our website services, or from reliance on anything published here. If you are dissatisfied with the site, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

This clause concerns the website. Liability for professional services is addressed in the project agreement described in section 9.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Winn Wittman Architecture, its owners, employees and affiliates against any claim, damage, loss or expense arising from your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or end access to the site at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe breaches these Terms or harms our business or other users.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.
