Located in Westlake Hills outside Austin, and home to an Emmy-award-winning writer and his family, this contemporary home was built for less than $400,000 and yet incorporates over 3700 square feet of living space. The materials include limestone, concrete block, poured in place concrete, long-leaf pine, and glass. The goal was to create an exceptional and unique home at an attainable price. This home won an AIA award in 1996.
